I have looked at some of the cool RC toys from MyDeskPets before and liked them a lot. The company has announced that a new toy is coming called the TankBot that can be controlled from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

The bot looks like a little snowmobile to me and has tank treads on the bottom. It is designed to be interactive and has IR sensors all around. The steering for the device is done by tilting your iPhone or other iOS device.
It will be able to navigate mazes and will react to your hand movements as well. The surprising part of the toy is that it will sell for about $20. It will make its official debut at the Toy Fair in NYC next month and will hit stores in June in blue, green, orange, and black versions.
